Very detailed, yet relatable coaching! Son loves the feedback!

Dillon was great with my 14 year old son. He did an extremely thorough evaluation via video of his spin, pitch grips, arm angles, and more. He gave us some tips on how to streamline his delivery and get the most out of his ability. It was fun and educational and my son talked about it all the way home back to Lafayette. Extremely highly recommend.

My son's lessons with him were his first exposure to pitching, and Coach Dillon was able to explain the drills, exercises, and techniques in a clear manner that was easy for my child (who is 8) to understand and perform. He provided an analysis of his throwing technique, and gave us drills to help target the key areas. Absolutely recommend him for pitching instruction, will be continuing training with him!

My 10 yo son has been taking pitching lessons with Coach Dillon for over a year now. When I asked him what he likes most about Dillon, he said, “He’s my favorite coach. He’s nice, encouraging and I feel the most comfortable with him.” That says everything!!

Coach Dillon is amazing with kids and does a great job simplifying things so they can easily understand. From the beginning he focused on proper body mechanics, warm-ups, stretching and home exercises to help improve strength and endurance. He’s also helped my son develop pitches that work naturally with his throw.

Not only have we learned proper arm mechanics and drills, but my son’s confidence on the mound has grown tremendously!!

Definitely knows what he is doing. Anyone who uses him for their kids won’t regret it. There’s other coaches that are probably good enough for younger kids but when a kid gets to be around 12 or 13 I definitely recommend taking your kid to Dillon for lessons. I’m certain that he will make your kid better than you could imagine.
